Welcome to ProjectMatch Academy (the “Academy”). By enrolling in our Academy and making payments, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your membership and participation in the Academy, which provides educational content on real estate investment in the United States for Russian-speaking students residing in the U.S.

1.2. By subscribing to the Academy, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, including our payment, refund, and cancellation policies.

1.3. The Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

 

2. Membership and Payment Terms

 

2.1. Membership in the Academy is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

2.2. The current membership fee is displayed on our website and may be subject to change. Any price changes will only affect future billing periods.

2.3. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) via our authorized payment providers.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

3.1. All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the course, failure to use the materials, or changes in personal circumstances.

3.2. If you wish to cancel your membership, simply do not make the next month’s payment. Your access to the Academy and all materials will automatically terminate at the end of the paid subscription period.

3.3. The Academy does not provide prorated refunds or partial month refunds if you choose to stop participating before the end of your billing cycle.

 

4. Access to Materials

 

4.1. While your membership is active, you will have access to educational materials, live sessions, and other Academy resources.

4.2. Upon cancellation or non-payment, all access to the Academy, including course materials, private groups, and any related content, will be revoked immediately.

 

5. User Agreement

 

5.1. By subscribing to the Academy, you confirm that:

You have reviewed and understand the current membership fee and payment terms.

You understand that no refunds will be issued.

You agree that failing to pay for the next month will automatically terminate your access to the Academy.

 

 

6. Dispute Resolution

 

6.1. Any disputes regarding these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United States.

6.2. By using our services, you agree to resolve any disputes through arbitration rather than litigation.
